Yes. How does your pricing work? Do you do hard bids or time and materials?
We use both, depending on the project. For clearly defined work, like repainting a room or installing flooring in a measured space, we usually provide a fixed price quote so you know the total cost up front. For projects with more unknowns, we may recommend time and materials. In that case we give you our hourly rate, talk through a reasonable range, and keep you updated as we go. Yes, we offer free estimates for most projects. You can reach out through our online estimate form or by phone. We will ask a few questions, schedule a visit or request photos, then send a written estimate that spells out scope, materials, and next steps. For complex, multi phase projects, we may suggest a paid planning visit that can be credited toward the work.
